Welcome to RagePicks LLC (“RagePicks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, free daily picks, premium paid subscriptions, content, and any related materials (collectively, the “Services”).

1. No Financial Advice & Risk Disclosure

We do not provide “financial advice,” “investment advice,” or “betting recommendations.” Sports wagering is inherently risky; you acknowledge that you may lose your entire wager. RagePicks LLC is not responsible for any financial losses incurred based on our data.
2. User Eligibility and Responsibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing or using our Services is legal in your jurisdiction.
3. Free Daily Picks and Paid Premium Subscriptions
Free Daily Picks: We offer select sports picks free of charge as a promotional/entertainment service. No payment or purchase is required to view them.
Paid Monthly Subscriptions: Premium picks are available via recurring monthly subscription. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled.
- Payments processed securely via our third-party provider(s).
- No refunds for partial months, unused picks, or dissatisfaction with outcomes.
- You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Sharing, distributing, or reselling picks is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination without refund.
4. No Warranties & AI Disclosure
The Services are provided “as is.” RagePicks LLC utilizes proprietary AI and statistical models. You acknowledge that AI-generated content is probabilistic, not deterministic. We do not warrant that the Service will be accurate, error-free, or result in any specific winning percentage. We are not liable for inaccuracies caused by data delays, line movements, or algorithmic errors.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RagePicks LLC and its members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to RagePicks LLC in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on RagePicks LLC is owned by RagePicks LLC or its licensors. You may view content for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. No reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use without express written permission.
7. Prohibited Uses
- Using the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any law.
- Sharing, selling, or redistributing picks or content.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing our team or other users.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Services.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violations of these Terms.
9. Mandatory Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Los Angeles, California. You expressly waive your right to a trial by jury. CLASS ACTION WAIVER: You agree that any proceedings to resolve disputes will be conducted on an individual basis only and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
